Refund and Cancellation Guidelines
You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a refund. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can still cancel it, but a 10 percent restocking fee applies if more than 24 hours have already passed.
If your order has already shipped or been delivered, a 30 percent restocking fee applies to all returns made within the 14 day window.
Please note that we cannot issue refunds after 14 days of delivery.
The only time restocking fees are waived is when the product arrives damaged or defective.
For returns due to personal reasons, the 30 percent restocking fee will still apply.
Depending on your location, we may be able to provide a return label. If not, customers are responsible for sending the item back to the address we provide.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
If the shipping address entered at checkout is incorrect, or if the package isn’t received on time, the order may be disposed of by the courier.
By purchasing from us, you agree that we are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.
Products Damaged or Defective on Arrival
We inspect all items before shipping to make sure all parts are complete and working properly. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
We can process a replacement as long as:
• The product is still in its original condition with no modifications or tampering.
• You provide a video of you opening the package, showing the issue clearly.
• If the packaging was damaged in transit, we’ll replace the item once we receive proof.
• Customers are responsible for returning the damaged item. A replacement is shipped once the return is confirmed.
Every case is handled one by one, and we always aim to give the best possible solution.
We reserve the right to approve or deny refunds if we suspect misuse or fraud.
